Client Forum 2025 will take place Tuesday - Thursday, May 13-15, at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina in San Diego, California. Conference attendees who stay at the Sheraton will receive a discounted room rate.
The discounted room rate is $289 plus $10 resort fee plus taxes per night. In addition to the room rate, there will be a porterage gratuity of $8 per room (roundtrip) and a housekeeper gratuity of $3 per room per night.

Hotel reservation deadline: make your hotel reservation by Friday, April 25, 2025. To make reservations after the deadline, please contact clientforum@mcg.com for instructions.
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. If you need to pay the hotel by check, please make your hotel reservation, then reach out to our registration team for check payment instructions. The hotel requires check payments 30 days prior to arrival. The hotel will not accept check payments onsite. Guests will still need to provide a credit card at check-in for incidentals.
Reservation edits or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night room and tax.
The closest airport is San Diego International Airport (SAN). A complimentary airport shuttle is available to and from the hotel. Other airport transportation options include taxi, paid shuttle (e.g. SuperShuttle), and rideshare (e.g. Uber, Lyft).
Please note a REAL ID or passport is required for U.S. air travel beginning May 7th.
